  • A unique programme that is designed for YOU to meet your individual needs and goals.
  • Actionable after session notes + details of what we covered after each session so you can refer back to them
  • Unlimited email support between sessions for questions, concerns + motivation
  • My personal commitment to your health and success
  • Your programme is renewed on a monthly basis. So there is no set tie in.
  • Coaching done via Skype or in person in London
