This delicious and thick smoothie will keep your energy levels running high and metabolism revved up. The Vanilla Dream Smoothie tastes so luxurious that you won’t believe just how good it is for you.

People tend to think that healthy eating is boring. This smoothie will prove them wrong. It is bursting with protein, omega 3 fatty acids and fibre due to the addition of the chia seeds by The Chia Company. The perfect combo to keep your blood sugar levels stable and keep you feeling satisfied till lunchtime rolls around. I added a tsp of maca powder to the smoothie for an added boost. Maca is great for hormone balance and energy levels. An amazing superfood to get to know but feel free to skip this step out. So whip this smoothie up next breakfast time and sip away completely guilt free.

Ingredients
(Serves 1)

– 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder ( I use Sunwarrior)
– 25oml Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 1 Tbsp Linwoods milled flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seed & goji berry mix
– 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
– 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
– 1 Tsp Maca Powder (optional)
– Ice

Directions
