Fat Burning & Mood Boosting Breakfast Bowl

Who loves breakfast? I do. I wake up and my mind goes straight to what’s on the menu to start my day off right.

Breakfast is so important to help kick start your metabolism and supply you with the fuel you need to help tackle your day. This recipe has been my go to breakfast for the past couple of days. This breakfast bowl contains cinnamon which is a great fat burning spice and helps stabalise blood sugar levels. I also added some cacao nibs for some chocolatey goodness. Cacao is an amazing superfood known to boost mood and energy.

Ingredients

– 1/2 Cup Oats
– 1 cup Almond Milk
– 1 tbsp Linwoods Flaxseed
– 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
– Blueberries
– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Cook the oats and flaxseed in almond milk. Once cooked pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, blueberries and cinnamon. Enjoy with a hot cup of green tea.
